just a regular one from grocery store baked in oven.

going over my health charts and need to fill that spot in.

Try a sweet potato/yam. I switched to these a couple of years ago. Taste great, and you don't need butter and all the fixings.

Just made the switch also and also tried red skinned they are the two best for health reasons. Stay away from everything white.
